Not associated with any particular teaching or school, my philosophy is shaped by many influences --- Advaita Vedanta, Taoism, Zen, Krishnamurti, Alan Watts, Ken Wilber, Eckhart Tolle --- and informed by recent research in physics, evolutionary biology and neuroscience.

METHODOLOGY
My approach is simple --- find the self to lose the self -- by means of mindfulness and other psychotechnologies, introspection and self-interrogation. Practical application for inner peace, self-esteem, wholeness, integration, wellness --- including that of the planet and the global economy.
